    This extraordinary seller went out of their way to facilitate a personal delivery, an extremely nice person called and offered the drop off service the next day after purchasing. Promptly the seller drove to me and hand delivered the item, even helping me carry it up my stairs (not an easy feat as this item weighed over 100lbs) Thank you so much!! Would highly recommend!     I bought an Extron MLC plus 100 from adi-sloutions for $98. They contacted me via text and informed me they do not have the item on hand. They then cancelled my order listing a false reason of issue with buyers address. The exact item is now listed by them for $400. Buyers be careful, this was a total scam.

    I still did not receive the units. Fedex lost the shipment. Had I received the units, I would have called you and gave you at the same price. No wrong intention at all.

    She called and asked for more money. I have the call recordings and the number she called from matches the number in her profile photo. I can publish this call recording. Further, no foul language was ever used. The seller s warranty policy is illegal under California consumer protection law. She refused to provide support in any way, which forced my hand. I do not want to go to court but she sold a product listed as tested and excellent condition that failed in 30 days. I have no choice.
