It was a bit difficult to extract from the packaging, but it was at absolutely no risk of being damaged in typical shipping practices, and was most definitely new as described. I did notice there was a picture already present in the device storage (I assume from the seller), but this was comforting to me. It was a human touch, and that's meaningful.
