    Seller sent item media mail but put in an un-ordered non media item so I was charged an extra $13.73. I contacted seller on 2/9/24 with no response. eBay has no options for filing claim for seller doing this and have made it impossible to make contact with a human agent. Seller needs to refund for their mistake. eBay needs to add seller shipping error, seller did not put sufficient postage, seller added non media item but did not pay for correct postage.
