    Where do I start? No tracking number, so I couldn’t tell where it is. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I still haven’t received the o rings I paid $5 for. I contacted them and they informed me they shipped them. Today I received a “statement” that I owe them $78.38 and it’s apparently 31-60 days past due when I’ve NEVER done business with them before…. So now I owe them $80 AND I haven’t received what I ordered. Reported for “sales outside of eBay”
