    Very nice Item. Exactly as specified in the description. Good seller. Disappointed in the Shipping, which went from Texas to Mississippi, then back to another part of Texas, Then it sat for there for Days. After THAT mess, It wasn't track-able until its Delivery. Typical for fedex. Employing Goobers and EX-CONS. THEN, Seller accepts NO communication., as i found out during the shipping fiasco. "SPECIFICALLY" "This seller accepts no correspondence."

    what a joke. “like new” this company isnt checking there products before they send them out. This is STRAIGHT OUT THE BOX….and now they say they can only give me a refund, not a replacement, even though there is other certified refurbished ones on their ebay page available. All I wanted was a monitor for my birthday. Horrible experience took them all day to reply and it sounds like a robot. -100

    The condition of the display is as good as advertised, however the packaging could have been better. There was a small clip on the back of the monitor (presumably used for cable organization) that was broken. The boxes arrived damaged and poorly packaged, in my opinion, which led to the damaged clip. I even had to take a video showing how loosely both monitor were packaged to protect myself. Still, these monitors are a great value for anyone looking to upgrade their desktop experience!

    It feels like a brand new monitor for half the price. The box was a bit beat up so I was worried about damages but it was safely packaged. My only warning is to buy it earlier than you need it. Mine was purchased on a Monday showing delivery between Wed-Sat, it wasn’t shipped until Wed, and didn’t arrive until Sunday.
