It arrived in a large enough box to protect it from bump damage, as it was centered in the shipping box with heavy duty bubble wrap on each end. The screen was protected by a sheet of cardboard. The Monitor is best described as "Like New" in condition, and appearance. For a gaming monitor the quality of it along with the price made it a very good buy. The best part was turning it on. Worst shipping service and customer serve I’ve ever seen, purchased it on July 31st, and they still haven’t shipped it yet, the customer service keep give template answers, and telling me they are “sorry” with out any solution or reason, only answer I get is: we will let you know when the ware house ship it.
