    This Seller is a CLASS ACT!!! First, Seller provided a quality tie at a reasonable price with zero issues to report with this transaction. The Seller contacted me and offered a full refund when he/she noticed that the shipping had gotten delayed. I declined that offer due to that being on the USPS and not the Seller. Also, I have WAY too many ties to get upset about a delay lol. I will defintely buy from this Seller again!! You should buy from this Seller with confidence!! This Seller cares!!

    The neck ties that I purchased were really nice, they arrived exactly as described, no problem there. However, there were significant delays with shipping, getting them in the mail etc... after 7 days had passed, I contacted the seller labels were finally created but the items were still not shipped. I could go on about this drama but cutting things short, if you buy here I hope you have a better buying experience than I did.

    Yes, unfortunately, there was a missing package in this case. Mistakes do happen, and I wish your experience was more up to par. Offering a full refund before the new label was created was all that could be done. Thank you for the honest feedback.
