    Very good seller. Item was not factory sealed as described but the watch is in excellent condition. The shipping packaging was so good you could probably drop from 100ft. and be fine. Seller provided a partial refund and we are happy with the resolution. We would buy from this seller again.

    I mistakenly ordered a watch without correctly reading the posted description. When it arrived, the band proved to be too small I was angry and filed a complaint but the seller made me aware of the accurate ad description. The misunderstanding was entirely my fault and the vendor graciously agreed to allow the watch s return and refund. She handled the matter professionally. I would not hesitate to order from her EBay website.
