Accent Builders Hardware is a family run business that has been providing first-rate builders hardware to our customers since 1970. As Taiwan’s oldest manufacturer of door hardware and optical lenses, we pride ourselves on the high quality of our products. In 2014 we established our North American division in New York. Our customers range from professional builders to weekend DIY enthusiasts, and everything in between.     After the initial shipped order was lost in the mail, Accent Builders Hardware promptly sent a replacement order which arrived on March 9th. It was precisely as listed and what I wanted. The seller was more than gracious about the lost order. Regrettably, a refund was initiated by eBay before the replacement order arrived.
