    Received item today and it was clean and well packed. Delivery was delayed by USPS an additional 5 days so I’m pleased everything was still in tact. Machine came with 4 bottles instead of the standard 5. It wasn’t mentioned in the description although the details said 5 items when I went back to check. I should have paid more attention but it would have been better if it was stated. I had to purchase the 5th bottle from the manufacturer. I’m waiting for the capsules so I’m hoping it will work

    PC arrived with the wrong power supply. Couldn't test it, Borrowed correct power supply and found PC to blue screen. Ultimately diagnosed with bad video card. Seller did offer me return for refund. Unfortunately I needed to scrap it for parts to get my client back up an running.
