The unit arrived very well package and crated. Was impressed! Setup was simple as we have had similar machines. It was dialed in for mirrors and focus which is huge! Tube alignment to your project.   This pump came exactly as described. I did have a small problem with it, and when I contacted the seller, I was not only given a full refund, but told I did not have to return the pump. It seems for the last few years you can buy two or three of the same item and one of them will come with something wrong with it or not quite as described, but it’s really refreshing to deal with someone that stands behind their products and makes them right. I would definitely buy from the seller again.

  I was very happy with the seller (Well packed shipped quickly) but carrier was a total failure. Carrier reported item delived to house at #### st. but carrier never came to house. I reported item lost but I did find it the next day leaning against a fence post on the highway much closer to my neighbors' house than mine. Our gate was open for deliveries carrier should have brought item to house!!! seller does not control delivery driver but they can control which carrier that they use!!
