  Great seller! I incorrectly shipped to an old address but seller let me cancel the order and relisted the item in a new listing on the same day. Seller held the price and I reordered. Item shipped quickly and in quality packaging. Seller provided tracking information. Item arrived 3 days sooner than USPS estimate however tracking information wasn't updated by USPS. Item was exactly as seller described, new in factory sealed box. Product works great and I am happy with the purchase.

  The description says it's new and unopened, but when we received the sewing machine, there are missing parts. The seller approved the return to receive the refund however, he doesn't create a return label and offered 40 Pesos to buy the missing parts, he wanted as well to deal the issue OUTSIDE EBAY. BEWARE!!!
