    Terrible experience, from totally deficient packaging (brown paper bag would be a better description for it) to lying about when they shipped the item. I received the item filthy, internal parts and attachments had all been bouncing around; some parts were missing altogether (which wasn't disclosed in the listing in any way). Contacting them about these misgivings was not responded at all. The seller plenty deserves my negative feedback, which I typically am extremely reluctant to give.

    A+ Seller and Product. Fast Shipping and well protected in soft envelope, Item arrived working exactly as pictured and described. Great deal on the remote and cradle combo. When I get the chance, I’ll reprogram it. Have another remote but a backup and main for another room makes it a great idea to have a backup to use a single remote for all audio/visual equipment. Like the ability to customize in Totalcontrol software.
