  The shipping was amazing and it was packaged very well. It was wrapped in paper and a heat reflecting sheet as well as a heat pack. The fish is exactly as described in the listing (maybe even better). It is very worth it to buy from this seller! The fish is very healthy with bright colors and active.   FISH LOOKED NOTHING LIKE ADVERTISED. Tried to discuss the fish that was shipped. Seller just decided to refund me for the fish then rather make it correct. NO ACCOUNTABILITY I paid for a trio and the male is NOTHING LIKE THE SELLERS PHOTO. This seller is arrogant when told the quality did not match. Telling me it was slightly blue…the fish should be GOLD! The longest reply was them telling me about the hundreds of fish they sell in a single quarter,Please take a look at photos..BUYER BEWARE

  You need to get out of the fish hobby and stick to doing manicures. If you had a problem with the fish, contact us asap and not a week later. You need to get off your high horse and stop trying to push your little facebook fish review group as a means to try to bully your way into getting another fish. I'd rather not deal with anyone as pompous as you. We refunded you since you weren't satisfied with what you received. What more do you expect? You're an older gentleman. Do better. Be Better.

  EXCELLENT communications. Will definitely buy from again. All shrimps arrived in excellent condition. Great packing with ice pack, foam and paper wrapping. Amanos were good sized (about an inch or more).
