    Item as described and packaged well. My only problem is that the shipping method was supposed to be priority mail and it was actually sent out ground advantage which is likely half the cost and much slower. When asked about why I was charged for priority the seller said that he uses ground for certain items and that it is not much of a price difference which I know to be inaccurate. The seller did not offer a refund of the difference. IMO that is not great service. no biggie just an FYI.

    This item was sold as new, open box item. Delivery was prompt arriving earlier than promised. However the part failed almost immediately after installation. Contacted the seller and they were very professional and offered to return my money. I would recommend this seller to others and would not be concerned about doing business with them again.

    There was no rush needed, the seller processed the order, very slight delay over a weekend, no problem. Despite not paying for expensive shipping,USPS from Detroit to Houston was VERY fast. The USA made part - no box, no paperwork etc.Who cares - it appears absolutely pristine unused, perfect condition, exactly as advertized, excellent very fair price /overall value.
