    This item was sold as new, open box item. Delivery was prompt arriving earlier than promised. However the part failed almost immediately after installation. Contacted the seller and they were very professional and offered to return my money. I would recommend this seller to others and would not be concerned about doing business with them again.

    This is a very cool item, and it came packaged very well. I love how small the box was and how the seller had bubble wrapped it. That was pretty cool. I've been wanting one of these for a long time and I'll have to figure out how it works, but it should be pretty simple. I would highly recommend this seller again thank you so much.

    Item as described and packaged well. My only problem is that the shipping method was supposed to be priority mail and it was actually sent out ground advantage which is likely half the cost and much slower. When asked about why I was charged for priority the seller said that he uses ground for certain items and that it is not much of a price difference which I know to be inaccurate. The seller did not offer a refund of the difference. IMO that is not great service. no biggie just an FYI.
