  The product was supplied in bulk rather than in multiple individual packets as ordered, therefore it can't be used as intended. The seller refused to exchange it for the correct item despite the error. Furthermore, if I wanted the bulk product I would have ordered it at a cheaper bulk rate, so not only did I receive the wrong product, I was also overcharged for something that I don't need. The issue was explained to the seller and is still not resolved. Very disappointing.
