  Item wasn’t shipped promptly. After contacting seller they finally responded and said they shipped. Also made comment that if I didn’t have an open claim they could do a refund. I decided against closing the claim and waited for product. After waiting for over a week with no updated shipping info I contacted seller again. They said they shipped and didn’t know where product was. I was a few days from date of eBay intervening when product finally showed up. Very frustrating!
