The seller was very nice and responsive to my inquiry and very generous with my order. A lot of my plants were bigger than what the listing said and I received many extras. They were clearly very well taken care of. They all had crazy root systems and some were even flowering. It's been in my tanks for 9 days and I have no snails, no planaria, and no rotting. Every single plant survived and shipping was fast too.

Seller got back to me saying no problem but that id have to request it. That part told me it was too late to request the cancel and to message the seller. I did that and the seller shipped out the package anyway and then goes “sorry” they didn’t their check messages at all. Pretty dissatisfied with their customer service but product was as described.
