    By no fault of the seller the Sega video output just decided not to work when it got to me seller was just stellar with communication kept me updated shipped the item in a great way it was bubble wrapped and had packing peanuts so it wasn't due to shipping but seller was kind, courteous, and quick to take action and refunded immediately. Highly highly recommend. Overall the system itself was immaculate exactly as described just didn't work maybe due to shipping since it was tested prior.

    At first I accidentally ordered the iPad to a different address than needed. I messaged the vender and he was able to cancel my order, get me a refund, and then I bought it again to the correct address all in the same day. Super great work.     Overall the device cosmetically was as described. For its price it was a good value. It came in a very secure packaging. Shipping was quick. Unfortunately the device had hardware or software issues when I received. Both seller and I were confused why that was happening. But seller had no problem to just return it and refund it.

    Be sure to message the seller if you choose another shipping option. I chose USPS Ground advantage and had to DM them to stop the shipment initially for sending it with UPS. They should pay more attention to their invoice from ebay. Appearance is exactly as described. Condition, quality and value were great.
