    Excellent. Item as listed and works great. This was in today's mail and I put it to work as soon as it was unpacked. It works great. I had some known defective capacitors and some new ones. Works 100%. The only thing I see that needs improvement is the test leads as the probes do not separate as with some leads so testing of many capacitors in circuit on tube equipment is impossible. If I need to remove them I may as well use my HP or GR bridges. Best price on line also. Great seller.
