Absolutely Excellent!! My item arrived repackaged, but still had plastic on it and every accessory was originally sealed in the bag. However, 1 of the small wheel assembly parts was missing due to the box not being properly sealed. I reached out to Customer Service and they express shipped the replacement. Now I have a brand new fully functional item at a reduced price!! I've owned one of these many years ago and highly recommend it as a top-notch, easy to use product for anyone!! 5-stars!! Thx!
