I bought the wrong size cpu heatsink from these guys. Obviously I didn't know it at the time. Found out immediately when it arrived and the mounting screws didn't line up. Hit the return button, repackaged it, and sent it right back. They really gave me a no questions asked experience. I'd definitely buy from them again. (they got great stuff) Wish I could avoid that big shipping cost, but hey, the things I really want to buy from them are bulky and heavy. Good people, buy from them!

When I first received this item, it was different than expected. The whole front cover was missing and had some DIY plastic foam cover instead. I contacted the seller and they shipped a replacement right away, which was as described. Since they made things right on the second try, I will mark it as an honest mistake. I still need to put the card to the test, but it is recognized by the board and boots into the OS. We will have to see how it performs. Both items came well-packaged.
