Said the card had been mislabeled and that it was not near mint as it had stated and that he was very sorry.     The book arrived w/in 3 days; well packaged in a manila-bubble wrapped envelope. Inside, the book was further protected, sealed in a plastic sleeve. The item is relatively flawless. Despite being published in 1963, this used book is in near-mint condition and the single flaw (one instance of underlining) was included in the photos in the seller's original listing. The price was entirely appropriate for the condition of the book. I will certainly trust this seller in the future. ✨
