Awesome ebay experience. I was very skeptical about ordering a big ticket item like this Rinnai RSC160iN Indoor Tankless Water Heater but based on the sellers feedback felt some confidence with ordering. Got a great product at a very fair price. Had one small plastic part that got damaged in shipping and seller was incredibly responsive is sending a replacement. You can buy with confidence with these guys.

I purchased a Rinnai tankless that was perfect on the website. It arrived a few days later with significant damage. The box used to pack it was thin and flimsy, I have pictures. The original box was not used but it was thrown in the box. I was given the choice to return or accept a reduced cost. The damage was too extensive. The seller said the normal shipper was sick. I had to spend $242.35 to return the device. No refund for the shipping for damage that was not my fault. Terrible.

Apologies your item incurred shipping damage. Customer was extremely friendly on messages, now blasts with negative feedback. Customer was also told to open a return through eBay but went ahead and shipped himself, can't refund more money than what was initially paid, this is why we have free returns.
