  Miki has gone above and beyond with customer service. I had an issue receiving my package (not the seller's fault at all). The post office had marked it delivered however it hadn't been and it got lost for over a week. Seller was super understanding and quick to communicate with me. The post office was finally able to locate my package and my item was exactly as listed, if not more beautiful, and the packaging was so cute it felt like I was opening a present.
