  What is animation I just like to say that pertaining the serpentine belt that I received from Gates they was cooperated they gave me a full refund it s not a problem Somebody went in the package and removed it the post office package it again and send it to me which was nothing in there so they did a good job on locating it and giving me a refund

  Item received WAS NOT item described. Asked seller if AC Condenser was as pictured, seller said yes, then item arrived a cheaper aftermarket knock-off low quality not at all as pictured. Also asked item be double boxed, yet wasn't and item arrived damaged missing parts. Main issue was NOT AT ALL AS PICTURED but cheap imitation. Returned unhappy but seller did eventually refund. Waste of time.

  First off, I ordered this thinking I was going to get what the picture shows, which was exactly what I needed, Wrong... What I got was 2 boxes of springs, 4 in each box, I can us 2 of these springs but, not 8 springs. the part number on the box didn't even match the order form. Okay, I understand the wrong part can easily grabbed so I'm not giving the lowest stars because I'm sure he's a good seller and I would buy again. I tried to contact seller, it wouldn't let me type a message, I give up.
