    Very friendly, nice and courteous people. When I got the Paslode 900420 Framing nailer I could not get it to work so they sent me a tracking number to ship it back and they sent me another one. When I got it too it would not work after talking to them several times being I was using the new type Paslode Orange Fuel Cell because the Red fuel Cells aren't made anymore they figured out that I need to use the new Carburetor for that fuel cell they sent me the new carbutetor. Now it works.
