    This item (Elgato Stream Deck Mini) comes in bulk packaging. Not in the retail packaging as shown in the photos. I was hoping for the retail box along with the product to put on display with my other Elgato products. Seller resolved the issue quickly, and beyond satisfaction.

    I AM SO GLAD I found this seller. The Refurbished guarantee from eBay made me feel comfortable that I would receive a quality microphone without paying $130 at full price. As far as I can tell, the microphone works great. It came with a few minor scratches that do not impact the quality of the sound and a very minor bump on the actual mic that is not noticeable unless you go looking for it. It was packaged very securely and arrived in 6 days. The color is true to the pictures. Thank you!
