Fed Ex was rough with the first box with the intermediate pipe, box ripped open. I contacted them, saying I only received the pipe and not the muffler. They assured me a second package was on its way. Next day I got the muffler. The first box that was ripped the clamps and hangers must have fell out. They apologized and shipped them out, had them next day. Good communication highly recommend
