Incycle had the bike shipped out the day of purchase. It was packed well in original factory packaging and no shipping damage on delivery. It’s a little bit intimidating making a large purchase like this online, but I could tell that they are a reputable company that I could trust. I also appreciate that they absorbed the shipping cost which had to be a substantial cost. I’m very happy with the bike and the whole process of purchase. I would buy from them again.

Incycle was great. I was leery about such a big purchase on eBay and across the country but I couldn’t find the size/color anywhere else. Great communication and the day after I ordered, they gave me a call to let me know they found a small paint chip while packaging and offered me the choice of a refund or a slight discount. When the bike arrived it was packaged very nicely and it honestly took me a few minutes to to find the chip (very small). Will be saving seller and buying from again!
