This order came fine. Re order 22-10436-48181. I received email from EBay saying I would receive a credit of $53.01 fora new Halo Ultrapack within 3 to 5 days from thecashhaul case ID 5323561872. My card statement came and it was not on it. Stayed on phone several times trying to talk to a live person but could never get through to anyone. I can’t believe EBay would allow this.

We did not sell you the Halo Ultra Pack. Your feedback is both on the wrong seller, and wrong item. Please remove this feedback asap. I cannot believe eBay would allow you to post this feedback on wrong item and wrong seller.

It was well packaged, but the post office proved that double boxed, multiple layers of bubble wrap and even more bubble wrap around the bowl were no match for them! They succeeded in turning my Wife’s birthday present into a tempered glass puzzle! The seller provided everything I asked for and put up with my non stop questions until I was able to submit the claim. Thank you for doing a great job packing and all your help through the claims process! Would not hesitate to by from this seller!

I have had the USPS completely destroy two packages wrapped 5x in bubble wrap, wrapped again in large bubbles all the way around, boxed, boxed again with bubble wrap. Unfortunately, it appeared they had either been run over by a heavy object or dropped from a very great height. We just got lucky, and that is why there is insurance on all packages we send. If you do not hold the USPS accountable and file claims against them, they will never stop.

This item unfortunately arrived damaged, completely smashed! This was not for lack of packaging. The box from IRA'S INTERNET STORE was strong & sturdy. The item was protected in many layers of bubble wrap and the remainder of the space in the box was well protected with added air bags. I can't think of more that could have been done to protect the dish. The shipment was mis-handled in transit, BIG TIME. After a brief email dialogue the return refund was processed. I couldn't be more impressed!

Unfortunately, only one picture was sent of the packaging and the damaged item, so I cannot file a claim with USPS online. I am sure by now you have disposed of it, so no worries. It cost us $50.00. I am glad you had a good experience! The problem is, if people never file these claims with USPS, so they understand not to hurl items 50 into a steel wall, etc. they will continue to do so. No consequences for USPS actions, we pay the price.
