  This item was cancelled. The seller was on vacation hold but no notice was on the sellers item description. After I hadn't received the item in a reasonable time I contacted the seller and he explained what was going on. He was very congenial and immediately returned my money. I would buy from this seller again - when he isn't on vacation hold!!!

  I am sorry that you did not see the notice when you ordered the item, but it was there as it is with any eBay store when they are on away mood. When you ordered the item you were also given a delivery date out further because of the away mood. Thank you.

  Zero packaging item was shipped in the original box with zero protection. Air filter was crushed and very damaged and had been soaking wet ... not sure if that was from shipping or the seller but... horrible job on packaging and very slow to ship out. Zero out of Zero for me. Asked for refund.. no response. So lesson learned. Don't buy cheapest and expect the best.

  This buyer does not understand how eBay works, and would not be patient while I was attempting to file a complaint with USPS for the way the package was handled. Hopefully in the future they have more patience and let sellers try to work on the issue before just giving a negative review for something that was out of the control of the seller. As you can see by all my other reviews (was 100% positive), I always take care of my customers.
