The seller was generous enough to actually check up on the item's tracking status & informed me that it appeared to have been lost, & offered a replacement or a refund. This isn't something that all online sellers typically do with customers all the time, so this gesture was highly appreciated. I settled for a refund & it was processed without any further problems at all.
