I doubt that this service still exists. I purchased it, and expected shipping instructions (like an address). Despite numerous messages for over a month on ebay, facebook, his webpage, phone (mailbox full), Linked In, and text messages David has not replied. I can only assume he is sick, dead, or no longer in business. I can find no public record later than 2020 that David or his business still exists. Such a shame as the service he offered was valuable
