  My order arrived quickly but 4 of the 6 mugs were broken; a few shattered. The two remaining ones, sadly, weren’t a matched set. Apparently the sticker that said FRAGILE was completely ignored by the shipper. I reached out to the owner and sent pictures of the damages. It took a bit of time but I trusted the process and received full credit even though 2 mugs survived. I am grateful for the 2 and thankful the seller stood behind their reputation and did more than expected.
