It's a gift so it hasn't been operated yet but the Soundbar arrived in new/like new condition in the original OEM box and was sealed and included all of the original equipment.   Got the reconditioned bose micro. Works great. Good price and came as advertised . The only hiccup was that UPS delivered it to the wrong address. The address was correct on my package, and I had to scour the neighborhood for it. I found it. I have a complaint into UPS. I expect more of them.

  Ítem received was as described and in perfect condition. The only issue… that it took 15 days to arrive and the vendor responded at first but at the end completely ignored me. Thankfully after more than 15 days and many attempts to get my headphones, they arrived in great condition and they are amazing. Hope this helps.
