Had some delivery quirks at the start but was able to get it hammered out before long thanks to the sellers supurb communication and willing to mediate between myself and the delivery team. Delivery was also fairly quick. Packing was just too notch. Would buy again. Would recommend if they sell something u like.

    Great seller, good value and great appearance. Item shipped quickly and was delivered in perfect condition. Definitely recommend the seller. I would add is that if you are a full size male, 6’1” 270 pounds, it’s kinda cramped. You should consider a larger chair. I posted a picture of delivery and it was even covered in plastic in case of rain. Also there’s no problem getting it through a standard front door in the box. I used furniture dollies and I did everything by myself. Thanks

    The item was dented along one of the edges. I reached out to the company and they were amazing! They communicated very well and sent me another one very fast. I haven't plugged it in yet but the new one looks very nice. They were very amazing at making that right and I really do appreciate that!
