  Hello, I recently purchased an item that was listed as fitting my vehicle, but when it arrived, it did not line up or fit at all. I contacted the seller about a refund, and they initially only offered me $20 back. Then they said I could return it, but discouraged me from doing so. Most concerning, the seller told me I would only get a refund if I left them a 5-star review. This feels like feedback manipulation and very unprofessional.
