When I received the watch and check the Dial ,all seems redone which means this watch was not sold in Cartier and no relation with Cartier. Then I sent it to Cartier and they give me that documents for authenticity issue. All is not Cartier. But this seller said me Cartier decision is not right and this watch is 100% Cartier even though Cartier said that all is not Cartier and give me the document for the fake !!! And the seller doesn’t accept to return and refund … i don’t believe that

We explained to the buyer numerous times before he purchased the watch that it is a very old vintage Bueche Girod for Cartier. It is Bueche Girod FOR Cartier. Buyer from overseas refused to understand. We sent him a return label and issued a FULL refund even the watch was damaged by him or his watchmaker.
