  I ordered this item, which was a Shell Racing Black Cap Hat on the 2/13/2024. I Contacted seller on 2/15 /2024 to let them know payment was made, which was within eBay’s four day payment timeframe. The seller NEVER COMMUNICATED with me as to when or if the item was ever shipped. I received a refunded from ebay, as they informed me that this seller did not conduct proper eBay business ethics with this sale. As an ebayer for 17 years have never had a negative experience with a seller like this.
