  This experience is really making me loose faith in buying on ebay. Seller is selling cooler with counterfeit packaging. Its not a real tru-cool cooler. If you need a budget cooler just find a cheaper one dont spend the extra money through this seller. I wasn't happy with the quality and its size is not true to whats listed so i wanted to return it. i messaged the seller with pictures I got no response so i started a return and it has not got approved. These type of sellers are going to kill ebay

  These are counterfeit spark plugs. I reported to eBay and was told it didn’t violate their policy. The response I received from eBay also said the determination was made by AI. Photos show counterfeit plug on right. Counterfeit plug came in white box. Included authentic plug and box for reference.
