    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER VERY DISHONEST! purchase this item from this seller clearly posted as new. When I received the item it didn't look new to me but I was trusting. I tried to get it to work numerous times . After many calls to LeapFrog's customer service (weeks of trying, always getting a message DUE TO HIGH CALL VOLUME), I finally reached them today. When I gave them the serial number, they told me the item was between 3 -4 years old at least. This sellers costmer service sucks!
