    Reel came without some parts. Tried to work with seller!!! All he/she cared about how much they made. Didn’t care about making it right ! He/she blamed me for not seeing the missing parts in the photos!! Works as it should in the discrimination but it doesn’t! Now I need to take off of work to send it back with more cost to me ( gas/time) or buy the parts myself! Will never buy from him/her again! Beware! Will not try to help the customer!

    Already apologized more then once sir, i cant just magically send you money. you didn't open a return which is the only option i have as a seller to refund you. you also asked for an amount that was over what I even made for the item (which again, i was more then transparent about and even sent the screenshot's)...which i was willing to refund but you sent nasty messages, then didn't open a return leaving me with no options.take time off work really?
