    Half my order was LOST in the mail due to poor packaging! I have made normal inquiries about the status of the claim, and the seller is very Rude and unprofessional in his answers He may not have control over the claim process, but it is no reason to be belligerent to a customer! Be wary buying from this Seller!!

    Here are my supposed "belligerent" responses word for word responses to this buyer - 1st response "I don’t a replacement and eBay wont have a replacement. The claim is still pending" - 2nd response "I have no control I’ve throw long it takes eBay and usps to do whatever they are doing to find them or issue a refund. Claim is still open and pending. But like I stated in the last message if they are lost, neither I or eBay have replacements for you."
