  Great communication! Fast shipping and extremely well packed, and the service was top-notch! I was nervous about buying an open box appliance on eBay but I would do so again with this seller. They identified tiny scratches that I can only see because they pointed them out in the item description. If anything, it's better than described! Thanks for a great transaction!

  I held off on this as long as I could. It is now time to share my experience. The oven arrived in an acceptable timeframe, well packaged. Upon unpacking, I realized the oven door was dented, though I was assured by Gabriel that the oven had no blemishes. After several attempts at getting advice from Gabriel on how to proceed (return, get me a replacement part), he told me that he would "file a claim" and send me the part needed. That was on February 1, 2025. Ebay has been entirely useless.
