The seller provided some feedback but stopped responding. After extensive troubleshooting, I was able to find the issue and that was a bad memory module. I have replaced the bad memory module and the item is now working. I asked the seller for a partial refund, and the seller stopped responding. I am leaving a negative feedback due to seller's lack of communication and support in this process.

I contacted him and showed him pictures of what he sent and his reply was that was what i ordered. I ordered and IDE drive 40 gig and he sent a SATA 120 gig. Oh well, item was too low cost to make the return process worth it. My loss. bid accordingly.
