In great condition and the only issue I had was it was missing 2 small bolts for an attachment on the printer. After a quick message to the seller they immediately shipped me the missing bolts at no cost. I recommend them highly and am very happy with my purchase.

  The Creality CR-Scan Ferret Pro arrived quickly and was exactly as described. Scanner appears new with no sign of use and comes in it's own custom case. I got it on sale and was about $15 less than the manufacturer sale price. Tested scanner and for my first scan it worked great. It will take a while to get used to the software to get the scans perfect but is something even a 10 yr old could learn in a couple of days. Seller is quick to respond to inquires. 5/5 Seller rating.
