  We all make mistakes, and there was one in the description here. The listing was for a Cross pen, the other half of the matching pencil was not included. When the pencil arrived in place of the pen I contacted the seller. The response was immediate and apologetic, the 'no returns' policy was suspended and return shipping approved promptly.
