    Item would be great if properly packaged for shipping. Item was only wrapped in plastic, bubble wrap, and packing tape. Item was very damaged see attached photos. Keys broken off and heavy damage to upper right hand corner of the keyboard. This was an electronic item. This needs to be wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed securely to avoid any damage during shipping. Probably a good seller but needs improvement on properly packaging and shipping.

    The listing stated that the item was "new and unopened", but it wasn't. Packaged was opened and missing parts. I reached out to the seller and no response until I opened a case thru Ebay. I won the case and sent the "used" item back to the seller. Item not as described. Buyer Beware!!!!

    Unit was literally ONLY wrapped in bubble wrap, Parts and pieces are rattling and rolling around on the inside of the unit, Front D ring isn't attached like in pics was just rattling around in bubble wrap, Rack ears bent. Yet listing said "Perfect Condition"
